Breakfast was fantastic including great fancy coffee options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean but there was an odor like lingering cigarette smoke in our room. That’s the only negative thing I can say amidst our good time at the hotel.

Super friendly staff and the welcoming and the leaving time.
Even ask for a coffee before i left the staff is super kind.
Heard some gospel service in person, my first time.
Such a beautiful hotel. And the room was comfy, the pillows so soft.
The shower was so much needed to unwind after a long day.
I didn't check the other facilities as i was too mentally drained.
Would choose again.
Thank you everyone for making my first time memorable and enjoyable. Staff is lovely and friendly.

There were ants around the washroom basin and beds.
The front desk “silently” charged additional CA$599 on my credit card without my consent. When I inquired about the extra charge, it turned out that the front desk on-site manager couldn’t tell the CAD-USD currency exchange rates, and she refused to apologize and revise the mis-charged amount.
Very bad attitude and super unprofessional! Watch out if your are paying in USD, as they could only match the numbers but ignore the currency exchange rates.
