Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Overall, a decent stay.
The staff and team… top notch. A+.
The hotel itself could use a little love.
Not bad in any way, but just tired.
The room was nice. But the bathroom could use a bit more light (old eyes), and a couple more hooks. Totally little things, but again, just nitpicks.
The staff was awesome. Helpful, friendly, and great overall.
The casino could use a bit more ventilation. A bit smoky. Free parking was a nice touch. Funk band in the casino was on point. The shrimp tacos at the pool…truly gourmet.
Take away…we’d stay here again, but because of the team, not the hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Great hotel in a great location easy to get to from Termini. Breakfast was very good, room was a great size and spotless. Main sites easily walkable, especially the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
