Good place. Very quite, staff are great!

Well-situated with spacious clean room.

The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us. But they provided all the towels for the stays. And if you need something you could get them in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. They can communicate in English fluently. The only minor issue was the noise of the street. We stayed on 10/f which was the top floor. Our room was facing the street so at night we can hear some cars and ambulance making noises. And there was construction going on nearby so in the morning it can be a bit noisy. They gave us a gift at check out which was a nice touch. We loved this hotel. I think it called apartment but we had what we needed and we enjoyed the stays. Thank you!

Great stay at Kabin Hotel! Our room was cozy and clean with comfy beds. The location was outstanding - near restaurant options and the Nishiki Market. Easy bus nearby to the Arashiyama Monkey Park and Bamboo Forrest. You can rent a boat to row across from the monkey park to the bamboo forests, which was a great extra surprise. Staff recommended a great restaurant / hibachi style all you can eat. At the end of our stay, we needed to store our luggage for the day, and they were amazing and had a huge space for this at the other location around the corner. Super easy. Wed absolutely stay here again!

This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value.

We loved our stay at the Imperial Hotel. The shuttle bus runs to Osaka station and back every 20 minutes which was super convenient. The pool, gym and sauna facilities were insanely priced at 5500 yen per use but we didn’t book for this reason so we weren’t phased. Would definitely stay again!

The room was huge, brand new and beautiful with incredible amenities, but the service sets apart the Kamo from other hotels. The staff repeatedly went beyond expectations.

The hotel’s aesthetics was amazing and views from hotel room was breathtaking. However, i noticed there was no iron box in the rooms, this was the first hotel i experienced this during my stay in Japan. I stayed in 4 different hotels in different areas which all provided iron boxes in the rooms. I was dissapointed that accessing the swimming pool needed a reservation which was not mentioned during the booking. It would be nice to include this in your website. Overall, such a beautiful hotel i fell in love with it. Will definately be coming back❤️❤️
