This is our favorite hotel in chicago. Great location and staff. Rooms very comfortable.

If you plan on staying in this hotel by all means the view is great, but if you plan on moving your vehicle at all the hotel does not validate In-N-Out parking. You have to pay every time you want to leave and come back. Unlike the normal hotel, La Quinta downtown Chicago validate parking yes it’s $70 but you can drive in and out as many times as you want during your stay. Unlike this hotel.

Breakfast menu was good, staff at the lounge was good. Checking in was not so good, they wanted to charge me $25 to check in 15 minutes before the time. I think it would be better to say the room is not ready yet the saying your room is ready but is not 2 and if you want it now it will be an extra $25. That I think is ridiculous, which took away from my experience.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and Laura (or Lauren) was amazing! Super pleasant check in experience, we got aa beautiful room with a magnificent vibes of the Chicago River. We had a dinner at the Korean restaurant on premises, absolutely delicious and interesting. Definitely would recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway, amazing location too.

No coffee machines in the room but free coffee in the lobby. Great location. The bar is a scene and the rooftop patio is a beautiful space. Great sound insulation and comfy beds.

Clean room nice area

Great location to attend Enterprise Event Center. Incredible art deco architecture and decor in grand lobby. Valet parking made it very easy to enjoy our stay while attending our show just a short 10 minute walk away. Double bed room with courtyard view was a hit with my young niece

Loved having a parking garage available. Having a dog area was great. Nice location with a movie theater right across the street. Hotel in a very safe area. Pressure on shower was excellent. Breakfast choices were very good. Refrigerator with a freezer was a tremendous amenity. Wonderful hotel except decor was tired. Also, the tranquilly of our room of three days was compromised by having the pool room directly below our room. Better design should have been done since hotel is charging full price for a room with a constant loud droning noise below it. Hotel should know this. Our family would stay here again BUT not in room 1119.
