The hotel is in a great location and there is a large car park (for a fee) which is convenient. However, it would have been nice to have been told in advance about the large ‘function’ being held during our stay which meant there was security everywhere and the restaurant was closed. The on site Starbucks also served me a dairy flat white, despite asking for oat milk three times and checking with them. There was only one working elevator out of three, and being on the 14th floor, stairs weren’t really an option. We once waited 20 minutes for an elevator which is not acceptable. The room was big and had good views, especially of the fireworks.

"they show a picture of an a frame that looks nice not where your staying that is an airb&b our room was in a house it was ok but not great the steps up to our room broke on the first step it was just ok not great"
