The staff was super friendly.
The maintenance is lacking. Our room sink would not drain and they said that maintenance would fix it and compensated us with breakfast yet when we got back from being at the park all day the sink was still not working. Additionally the water would not shut off completely in the bathtub. Garbage cans were full and the soap dispensers in the restrooms were not filled.
Just a lack of attention to maintenance.

Check in was flawed. We had to wait for our room to be made ready. This was after the 4pm check in time. And then when we were given a room key, it turned out that there were people already in that room. We had to return to the front counter and again wait for another room.

"I liked my stay at 3 Peaks, updated rooms and overall nice grounds, the staff was very friendly and helpfuland everything was clean. Pet friendly place which is great. The beach near them does not allow dogs."
