I had a fantastic experience staying at Pacific Hotel Cairns. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile

We had a great stay as a family of four with two young children. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with a separate living area and a bedroom with a king-size bed, and with a crib and an extra bed added, there was plenty of space and it was very comfortable.
Although the bathroom and carpet were a bit dated, everything was clean and we didn’t find it inconvenient at all. The location was quiet yet within walking distance to the city center, which was perfect. The hotel also has a pool, and there's a playground just outside—great for kids.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
