Room was neat and tidy and hotel staff were very polite and friendly.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member guests. The waiter that works on the pool area are the one who help the guest with the chairs and umbrella because he doesn’t do it, and this happened where the non-member area are allowed to get a chair by the way. For people like him I will never comeback to this hotel and I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. Also this is supposed to be all inclusive and is not, you need to pay extra if you want a decent meal, and you need to sign a bill and give tips every time you ask for even water is ridiculous.

Room was clean but two of our 5 days they gave us no wash rags to wash after a hot day buffet food was not that great most drinks wateres down besides in reservation restaurants. I booked honey moon sweet for a 10 year anniversary at time of booking I requested out door jacuzzi room we were on 6th floor above all jacuzzi rooms and could see not one person was on them balconies our whole stay yet we were put in a diff room told them rooms are booked definitely not pool almost to warm to be refreshing staff was very nice helpful mostly we definitely still had a great trip fun 1st time in cancun oh yeah and one of the nights staff was chanting very loudly at 3am in the main lobby waking my husband and I up as well

This was my first time in Mexico and my first time staying at this hotel. We were here for a week and most of the service up until the final day was very good. We checked out in the morning but left our luggage with the concierge as our flight wasn’t until the evening, and we were given wristbands as temporary identification to pass the security point (which is, importantly, a very long walk up to the main lobby) for when we returned to the hotel. This was flawed in and of itself because it was a plain white paper wristband with no indication on it at all as to what it was actually for, or where we’d got them from, but we were told that once we showed ID, security would call the front desk/concierge to confirm and then we’d be let through. We went back to the hotel in a taxi and did as we were told: showed our wristbands, showed ID, and even gave them our checkout pass. Security then talked for a while on the phone to confirm, but understandably, the driver wasn’t keen on idling while we waited for the confirmation from security and left us there at the security checkpoint in humid 30 degree heat, surrounded by flies and insects. However, because we’d already waited nearly 10 minutes by the time the driver had left, Uber charged an additional 20+ pesos on top of the $150~ we’d already spent for the additional time the driver spent waiting. We then waited an additional 15-20 minutes for security to confirm our identity and send a car for us as, like I mentioned, the actual hot
