Staff did not mention when I checked in that shower towels are not in the room. And you have to get them from the front desk. Highly inconvenient

An older hotel, with very narrow hallways in the area I was staying. Elevators were not well marked in the hallways leaving my room. On the last day of a 5 night stay I found a set of elevators much closer to my room - the sign in my hallway pointed in the opposite direction for elevators.
If you don't like noise at night, don't book the center rooms with balconies that overlook the pool roof.
Breakfast was great and staff were all great as well. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and some stores.

I went with my wife for our 16 yr wedding anniversary. It was an amazing stay. Right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to just about anything you wanted to do. We actually walked aaaaaaaaalot! More than any vacation I’ve been on. Uber/Lyft rides to other areas we didn’t feel like walking to was very reasonable. We didn’t get to use the steam room or jacuzzi but the gym was good. Anything you needed for a decent workout. Food was pretty good the one night we ate there. Expensive but what do you expect at a nice hotel. Portion size definitely could’ve been better on the salmon dinner. The tea and croissant were delicious downstairs was delicious. We’d stay there again.

Very helpful and considerate staff. Room was small but nice. Very comfy bed. Nice city view. Close enough for a moderate walk to CN Tower or Scotiabank arena. Neighborhood was nice. Close to Queen St. W for shops. Nice weekend getaway to explore downtown Toronto and go to a concert.

The path to the entrance is very dangerous. My girlfriend almost fell because the path has loose pathway stones. Have to be really careful… The AC is also very weak especially at night. So it was pretty hard to sleep..

The hotel itself is a bit rundown, but the rooms were very clean even though it’s a little outdated. The front desk folks were super friendly and very helpful.
