Experienced quite a few service issues during our stay - luggage delivered 2 hours later - Upon booking and check in made sure there’s a crib in our room, entered no crib, told escort person, it wasn’t delivered until with the luggage 2 hrs later - Bathtub faucet had issues - restaurant couldn’t find breakfast reservation which we booked thru concierge - Requested sofa-bed made at turn down service but never done - Few large spiders - S’mores gram crackers staled - Room service inconsistency : missing items or different portion

Great staff, very nice and welcoming, clean, safe, just wish it was more well lit around the property as at night it gets very dark walking from the room to the parking lot

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.

침대, 매트리스가 정말 좋아서 잠을 너무 잘 잤어요. 방에 네스프레스 커피 머신이 있어서 너무 좋았어요.
