All guest rooms are on either second floor or third floor ( reception is on ground), no elevator.

Pros: free laundry, good location, quiet, modern design of building and rooms
Cons: the shower is the badly designed and water goes on the floor, room and hallway smelled of food at times due to people cooking, layout of room is pretty awkward/tight and would be an issue for bigger people or those with mobility issues
