With a name like Savoy we were expecting more like 4 or 5 star property.
More like 3 star hotel.
Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly in dining room.
Front desk staff were just ok.
A/C was an issue in our initial room. They moved us. Became an issue the last night in 2nd room. Other hotel guests mentioned their A/C was an issue also.
Would stay again just with different expectations.
