Hotel was fabulous, great location and nice room. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was not great, terrible service.

Beautiful hotel

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.

Really liked the staff a lot the room was awesome. It was comfortable clean. I would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Impressive old world historic beautiful hotel. Fairly close to train station. Cab dropped me off on main road but was closed door in back? Hum? Front door just 20 meters from that back door with sign? Hum? Had lotta luggage and had to get up front steps. Staff was great. Really nice room next to canal. Not the best suggestions on restaurants. Nice panoramic view from room 410. Since we we next to canal basically back of hotel. WiFi was super slow. Room was impressive inside. Impressive buffet breakfast but only stayed there a day. Like the auto pancake maker! Would stay there again
