The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy.
My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose “The Jerome” to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the inside staff is very attentive. I would never stay again if I had to use the valet. It’s very expensive and is such a busy area that it’s very difficult to pull over for the valet. And they unfortunately were not helpful.

Disappointing service. They put us in the wrong room (not a Mountain View) and then the toilet didn’t work so the next day we had to switch. Service at the pool was slow. And very little help when we couldn’t figure out the Avon shuttle app. The spa was excellent (though of course pricey) and the setting was beautiful. Just expected more overall from the Ritz. For the money I’d recommend paying a bit more and staying at the four seasons in Vail.
