The property outside is nice but the rooms can be better. The bathroom looks like an old hotel bathroom and one of the bathroom lights were not working. The room smelled like mildew. Room service food could be better.

It was unusually cold in Providence when we were there and there was no way to turn off the AC and there was no option to turn on the heat to take the chill off. That said, the hotel staff was very kind and brought us a number of additional blankets.
