The hotel is over hyped
Staffing was very nice please note:
They charge $150 deposit per start plus a destination fee and the breakfast isn’t actually breakfast if you add it on it’s a discount to lil James .
On top of that parking is terrible and the area is weird
If you do want parking. It’s an additional $50 per night .
Over hyped and over priced

This hotel has a great location. Very walkable to just about everything Savannah has to offer a tourist. The historic areas and River Walk are right there to enjoy. The pool, restaurants and bars are great. It's just a really cool place to stay!

Checked into the room, the room had water leak on the floor next to the bed. The rug was soaked. It took few hours and number of calls to the fron desk to get maintrnance to come to the room.
So few hours in the afternoon we couldn't rest in the room because of the repair, vacum drying etc.
No one from the management and the front desk oferred to switch the room.
On the checkout no one offered any compensation or discount for the room that we could only partially use.
Very disapointing.
