Eurostars Residenza Cannaregio is a wonderfully well-looked-after 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. The location is super convenient—just a 15-minute walk from the train station, close to a water bus stop, and complete with its own private water taxi dock. We stayed in a two-floor, two-double-bed room overlooking the canal, which was spacious, modern, clean, and kept wonderfully cool by the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast was very enjoyable each morning, and the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. We couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough—it truly helped make our Venice stay so special!

Firstly, one has to mention how welcoming and helpful the front of house staff and team were. Nothing asked was too much trouble. Anezka, Eduardo, marianna and others were first class and super genuine. I would have liked to see more of a lounge area for guests to use in the daytime and evening before dinner. The room and hotel in general was immaculately clean and tidy. It is always pleasant when staying in 5 star hotels when the breakfast and service is actually on par. Salvatore on the rooftop bar makes a great cocktail and was always on hand to assist. Beach access is well organised and the hotel bikes that are free to use made it so convenient to explore the coastline from the promenade. Would definitely recommend !

This property by far exceeded my expectations. We stayed in Fico. The design of the apartment was impeccable - modern style allowed to rest and unload mentally after a busy day of sightseeing. Every detail was conveniently thought through. Kitchen had all necessary appliances and condiments to make meals if we wanted to. Very comfortable beds. Our apartment had two bedrooms and two baths which was perfect for our family of 4. Valentina contacted us 2 days before our stay to speed up our check-in process and make it as smooth as possible. Alvize greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. Having laundry was a huge bonus after 10 days of traveling in Italy. Dream location too! Walking distance to San Marco Basilica and Doge Palace, but miraculously, our street was quiet and away from tourists' crowds. Cherry on top was the church around the corner were we attended Vivaldi concert by Interpreti Veneziani. It was best Vivaldi performance I heard in my life (as a professional musicians myself I've heard a lot of great performers). If in Venice I will only be staying at this property.

It was an okay property, best thing was location.
