Clearwater-St. Pete Beaches Mountain Holidays

I liked the appearance on the inside of the lobby. It’s was very nice and appealing. However, the things that bothered me most were: lack of parking availability, valet parking fees, and my room needed much repairs/work. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom the door and it looks dirty. The toilet has rust inside the bowl. The shower/tub water wouldn’t drain the water timely, like it was clogged. And parts of the carpet when you walked on it had dips, like the carpet was replaced over damage to the floor and it wasn’t repaired before putting down the carpet. The employee that checked me out was nice, but checking not so much. The room was definitely not what I was expecting to for a Hilton hotel, perhaps the valet pricing, but not condition of the room.

The Staff was Attentive and Very Helpful, Pretty good Hospitality, Good Drinks and Food! The View we had from our balcony towards the Ocean was awesome. The pool size was pretty big compared to others so that was a plus and the mood there was charismatic. They also offered pool side service. However one area they could improve is the comfort of the mattress. Aside from that Everything else was magnificent ✨️ Will Definitely Recommend

Clean room and right in the beach

Overpriced drinks, dirty pools, extra fees for everything, I’m disappointed with my stay. If you go there for the fireworks on July 4th, don’t. We were told we would see them from our beach front patio, didn’t happen. I won’t return

The hotel overall was good. A little outdated but nothing bad. My only concern was someone else who was staying on the same floor as me causing a scene. I think he got in a fight in the hallway over night that woke us up.

stayed at this hotel this past weekend, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. From the outside, the hotel looks upscale, but that impression quickly changed once I walked in. The front desk agent was not welcoming, which made for a disappointing first impression. Finding the parking garage was confusing, and you'll also need to be prepared to pay a $20 daily parking fee. Another disappointment was learning that the pool has been closed for over a year. Breakfast is not complimentary either, so that's an additional expense. The rooms are very small, and if you book a room with "double beds," be aware that they are actually full-size beds, not queen beds. The room itself felt outdated, with noticeable wear and damage throughout. For the price, I would much rather stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the street. I wish I had done my usual research before booking, but this was a last-minute trip. I'll be attaching photos so you can judge for yourself. My advice is to do your research before booking this hotel.

The property and the location is amazing. The only thing that we had a issue with was the size of the bed. It was smaller than a queen size bed
