I was VIP status and I didn’t receive anything that was VIP at all my room did not have an iron so I had to request one and nothing was special about it ! Did not feel important at all

5 lights didnt work on our room, neither did 2 outlets, ac wouldnt really do anything. MGM is always my go to when staying downtown but feel like the rooms need actual attention n updates
