I understand these requests aren’t guaranteed, but I would appreciate to received a reply. The room was nice, but it faced the train station and train noise was noticeable. The view included both the Alps and the station. Had I known, I would have booked a Classic Room at a lower price, as the experience would have been similar. Staff was polite but impersonal and kind of disconnected from guests. Location is convenient, though the surrounding area was not the cleanest. Breakfast is really expensive and the manager/owner is quite abrupt. Even a cup of coffee is incredibly expensive, makes it worthwhile to drive into the little town and get a good cup of coffee for less.
