Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was good and served the purpose. When looking closer there were cosmetic items that could be improved but didn’t affect the use of the room. (Poorly patched walls, trim not finished) Easy walk to the town center and attractions as well as proximity to train station.

Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).
