What an amazing hotel. Too many awesome things to name them all. I never write reviews. Their staff, the pools, the personal concierge, seeing monies, macaws, lizards was all just a a first class experience. You are not close to walk anywhere as it’s up the mountain a bit- but they shuttle to the hot spots and Uber is crazy cheap and fast to get there.

First hotel I've ever been to that all the staff knew our names. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Absolutely amazing views from our room, the pool, and dining room.

The grounds were really nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The nature walk behind the hotel was nice with tropical plants, hummingbirds, butterflies and we even saw a coatimundi. The pool bar had great ambiance. Bathroom could have used a bit more counter space but it was perfectly serviceable. Room was basic but clean. Right across the street was a small mall with a grocery store, several restaurants, bank and shopping. The included breakfast buffet was really nice.
