With the exception of the pool attendants, cleaning staff, the entire staff were rude, inconsiderate, inconsistent and disrespectful.
I have been traveling to Miami for over 15 years and have never been treated in such a manner.
The wait staff were extremely rude to me, however I saw how they treated white couples and men better than I was treated.

The hotel overall was good. I had some issues with my room, but beyond that rooftop bar was great and overall a great hotel.
