The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring! The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare. The views are nothing short of extraordinary. I can't recommend this amazing hotel enough! We resorted to voice translation on the phone, which was very inconvenient. Our reservation clearly indicated 3 adults, and housekeeping arrived with a rollaway cot bed; however, the cot was hard and squeaky. The reservation also indicated special refreshments for this room rate and nothing was provided except for a few cans of soda in the fridge.
