Nice hotel on the outer rim of the central city in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to most places. The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, If you are travelling by car try and make sure that you secure a hotel park if you can, there are only eight of them and on street parking is horrifically expensive if you miss out on a hotel park, which we did on the first day but managed to get one the next day. The shower was typical of European / Scandinavian showers, it leaked everywhere across the floor. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet hotel close to the centre of Oslo

Extremely small room despite us booking a twin rather than a double for space between two friends. There was no room to separate the beds so it was pointless. Would be a good review if it cost $100 but at $255 completely insane

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. I was disappointed that their signature restaurant was closed for summer vacation. The pizza place associated with the hotel had delicious specialty pizzas, which was a nice alternative.

Well located hotel. Great Breakfast Decent amenities. Mixed service from staff which is not accessible at this price point. Some quirky design issues like no place to hang towel anywhere near shower. Only 1 usb port in room

We booked it because it's said to be in a quiet neighbourhood yet close enough to the centre, and we got exactly that. Good quality sleep, nice staff, fresh bread at breakfast and dinner. They're keeping the old-fashioned character of the original hotel, which is a nice touch.
