The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary. Genuinely friendly and impeccably trained, they strike the rare balance between attentiveness and discretion. Every request was met with a smile, and their seamless coordination behind the scenes ensured my experience felt effortless from check-in to checkout.
Cleanliness is clearly a cornerstone of this hotel’s philosophy. My room was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged—like a haven waiting to be discovered after a long day. Crisp linens, gleaming surfaces, and a soft, calming scent set the tone for restorative rest.
Each meal was a culinary delight. Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience.

Wow what a hotel!! Our favourite place we have ever stayed in the world. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we required. The attention to detail was impeccable and the facilities were immaculate. Lastly the food was incredible 10/10! Thank you for the most wonderful stay we loved it!!
