Overall, despite the language challenges, the hotel’s location, beachfront setting, beautiful design, and heritage make it a place I would still recommend, particularly for travelers looking for a traditional Vietnamese-style resort experience. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and the restaurants on site and at the neighbouring resort where incredible. Make sure you get a massage! And the little jetskis in the pool were worth it!! So fun! (945 reviews) I had issues w/ some of the service, i was at the sitini pool and i had saved a lounge chair and went to the bathroom, i even told the server to serve me in that seat. after i went to the bathroom, i come back and a couple had taken the chairs that i had saved, the server actually told me to go get another seat and I had to ask the couple to give me back the seats, which they were nice enough to do but i was frustrated that the staff knew I had those seats, and had told me to get another seat.
