We found the Atrium to be a nice stay. It is an older hotel, but there have been obvious updates made, and looks as though more are coming as far as carpets and paint etc. It smelled really nice, never saw anything other than cleanliness. There were spots here and there where paint could be touched up or something minor like that, but overall there was nothing to make is feel as though it was run down or too old. The staff we encountered was always courteous and helpful. Breakfast was really good, and the coffee was strong and tasty. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. One sink struggled with draining but it was just a bit slow. The pool area was lovely but the kids found it way too cold to swim in so that was disappointing. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Clean and beautiful

1st of all. Parking was a hassle. Someone works at Valet parking said that We have to take our luggages from the parking garage walk alongside to the building, because the front door is on construction. So We did as we have no other easy way, until the host from Amyfinehouse told us we can unload our stuff from the front building door! The Unit that we stayed is nothing like the picture as they advertised. The whole building & unit has strong odor smell that i can not breathe. I was suffocated . The only thing i feel good about is the staff, they were very helpful and very nice.

I booked this to enjoy a special experience - however, the place was not friendly to black people and the staff seemed to question my belonging. Money is green. I paid for luxury but got the cold shoulder. The internet in my room didn’t work as well.

Outdoor pool was impossible to use; too small and crowded. The hotel car was never available.

Exceptional Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming! I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn! From the moment I checked in, the staff were extra pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth visit. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s always a relief to check into a hotel that takes such great care of its spaces. I truly appreciated the top-notch hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
