The unique thing about the hotel is the helpfulness and dedication of the staff; specifically Dorotea the concierge. Dorotea was dedicated, helpful and provided excellent customer service. She made our stay a very nice one. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was a problem. The room and the lobby were hot; the staff gave us a stand fan so we can sleep at night.
