Good: The staff were really helpful and nice; the spa and gym were well-equipped; and the bedding was perfect. The metro is very close, and getting around in a taxi or ride share was easy and very affordable. The Epic bar lobby serves amazing cocktails, well-executed, and nice live music every night.
Minus: I did not receive my VIP voucher at check-in. The buffet breakfast is quite repetitive; it's well spread, but in fact, not that extensive. The "fresh orange" is not that fresh; it's more likely 100% orange juice in a bottle, like Tropicana. (The orange juice from the coffee shop next door is way better.) After three mornings in a row of asking for poached eggs, and every time they were not good (too cooked, not cooked enough, watery), it is clear that the method of poaching is not something the kitchen knows how to do. The same goes for the iced latte.
For a hotel that emphasizes sustainability ( by not changing towels), the lack of water fountains is disturbing, given the reliance on plastic water bottles ( or even glass) And as the heat wave reached 42°C, it was time for the hotel to provide water fountains on several floors (like a gym or an airport), as many guests came with their own water bottles.
The rooftop pool is quite small for the number of people, but it is manageable.
I will definitely come back, but I will pass on the breakfast buffet as better, tastefully (for the same or less) available nearby in very cute/aesthetic spots.

The staff was excellent to deal with. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Super walkable and close to the trolleys. We would 100% stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
A few things that could be better:
1. We had to ask for our complimentary wine. Which was still not provided until we asked the second time. This is very embarrassing. It’s not about the wine, it’s about the principle.
2. The sink was clogged. We requested maintenance to have a look. Not sure if they did the first time. But we had to request again the second time which was then sorted.
3. The AC in our room was not working!
4. Minor issue but complimentary drinking water was only provided on day one. All other hotels always provide a bottle a day.
5. I had a charge on my final bill of Resort Fees. I have no idea what this is and it was charged multiple days. If I hadn’t checked my bill which I don’t usually do, I’d have paid for a service I have not used. One would not expect such mistakes from a 5 star hotel.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and Bruno was very kind and helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
