Horrible service for myself and the couple we traveled with. Prepaid for parking, valet was full, had to park 2 blocks away, not a big deal but annoying. The issue was the staff refused to refund me for the prepaid parking. I was simply told we cannot do it. They refunded something else that was half the price of the parking which was ridiculous. I’m hauling all my stuff through downtown on the sidewalk instead of pulling up and having my luggage handled like I paid for. All that would have been ok but you don’t refund me for the parking I didn’t even use?? That was ridiculous. 0 stars, will never stay again. This is an expensive hotel, you would expect the level of service to match.

Wonderful I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Quiet hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and excellent in all areas of hotel. Happy hour and good free coffee too! Nice bar and restaurant onsite.
