Place was great. Will be back.

The property seemed dated and dark, lines for check in and out were long. Pool only open 9-6. Gambling was abysmal. I booked a king room and got 2 queen beds.

Our stay as the Palazzo Venetian was great. The service was impeccable and everyone there would stop what they are doing to assist you if you needed something or had a question. There are ample restaurants within the hotel to eat both expensive and on the go meals. Almost no reason to leave the resort. Plenty of towels at the pools we visited. Just note- not a lot of morning sun due to the high buildings. But plenty of afternoon sun. Overall great stay. Walkable to the sphere which was the main reason we went. Would definitely go back.

The location is excellent and was definitely one of the best things about this hotel. The restaurant on-site is also very good, with delicious dishes, although the prices are on the high side. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay that made the overall experience disappointing. My room key stopped working, and since there was no way to reach the hotel by phone, I had to walk all the way back to the lobby under the hot sun to get it fixed. The hot water also stopped working during my stay. On top of that, the phone in the room was disconnected and did not work, which made it even more difficult to contact the front desk. My room was quite far from the lobby. The hotel does offer golf-cart transportation to the buildings, which is helpful, but there are no elevators, so this is something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Breakfast was not included, although the on-site restaurant offers some very tasty options. Overall, the location is great and the restaurant is a plus, but the problems with the room, hot water, communication, and key access need to be addressed. I expected a smoother and more comfortable experience for the price.
