Our experience on Day 21 was absolutely amazing! From day one, we were warmly greeted by our concierge, Eriol, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made dinner reservations for us every night and followed up with us every morning to ask how our dinner was and if everything went well. Gustavo was the best waiter in the breakfast area, and Romeris was wonderful as well. They were both friendly, attentive, and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The adults-only pool was always so clean, and the beach with its beautiful white sand was amazing. Overall, this resort is one of the best in the Caribbean. We truly had an unforgettable experience!

Great food and room service. Hotel is not a four star Hotel. The pool water was very dirty. We lost power a few times and in the middle of the night sometimes for more than one hour.The room was in bad shape, not the luxury Room they promised and not clean.The AC didn’t cool down the room properly.There is cats everywhere. Prices on the Hotel store are ridiculous $10 US dollars for a small pack of 20 baby wipes. We are not coming back to this place. No thanks.
