(351 reviews) The hotel room was spacious and bright and in a great location. The room was clean, however the beds were not the most comfortable and there were no hand towels. When we asked for a hand towel we were given a tub mat. The breakfast was ok but one morning we arrived at 9am (breakfast was to be till 9:30) and we were told there was no more fruit or juice. When we suggested substitutes for other items on the menu we were told it would be an extra charge. We had requested an early check in prior to arrival and were never told about the extra charge. It was also very difficult to communicate with the reception staff who spoke no English at all. This property was listed as a VIP access so it was quite disappointing when it did not meet expectations.
