(1,000 reviews) Great stay in the centre of town. Easily walkable to waterfront. Good bus transport links locally. Room clean, beds extremely comfortable, decor slightly dated (but is called the heritage hotel). Had good weather so only used roof top gym and pool/hot tub, great facilities. Didn’t go to the indoor facilities so can’t comment. Had a couple of technical issues with the booking but was sorted promptly by friendly staff. Staff also able to give good local advice and knowledge. Restaurant (run separately to hotel) was not open whilst we were there, shame we weren’t able to grab a coffee/something to get within hotel but lots of local options. Would stay again.
