The Hotel and the team amazing. Great rooms , very good bar prices. The breakfast is the best I've seen in a long time

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Hotel centrally located for exploring Ghent, air conditioning in our room which was most welcome, buffet breakfast each morning set us up for the day.

Was a perfect place for a quick turnaround in Brussels.

Hotel was great, room was clean and presentable. Air-conditioning was a welcome relief during the summer.. Breakfast is really worth it as well. Parking is close by in the public car park with EV charging

Hotel is clean and classic. Close to all the cool things in town. Room had nice finishes and was very clean. Only thing that kept it from a 5 was the size of the room. Little more than a foot of space around the bed!
