The hotel is very nice. The staff was very very friendly to us. They picked us up from the ferry port and took us back complementary and they upgraded our room as well overall a great two days on the island.

Our family had a phenomenal experience at this property. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were large and comfortable for our family. There were wonderful dining options in close walking distance in Firostefani, and Thira was a short walk away. The terrace with the pool overlooking the volcano/caldera view was spectacular. What distinguished this property is that the service went truly above and beyond: breakfast was fresh and delivered right to our room, and everything we needed like rides or afternoon coffee was addressed immediately. Staying at the Tsitouras Collection was truly a highlight of our time in Santorini!

All the staff were so attentive and welcoming. The transfer arranged too and from the airport was great. The hotel is better than the pictures, the breakfast each morning was different and lovely. The pool areas and the beach beds well kept and always beds available. Would definitely stay again.

The only things that truly deserve five stars here are the view and the friendliness of the staff – and for that, full credit. The rest feels more like a creative interpretation of what four stars (or less) should be.
Breakfast? Basic, bland, and far from what you’d expect at a hotel claiming to be luxurious. The pool? More like a large bathtub by a busy road – relaxing to the sounds of motorbikes and the aroma of diesel fumes is a unique experience that really no one should pay luxury rates for.
Rooms and bathrooms clearly haven’t been updated in years – the decor is tired, and time has left its mark in every corner. Comfort? More budget than boutique.
Yes, the price was lower than actual five-star hotels – and that’s a relief, because otherwise someone might feel truly ripped off. The conclusion? As always: there’s no such thing as a free lunch. And if someone tries to convince you this is a luxury hotel – let them spend their own vacation there, souvenir motorcycle muffler in hand.

We enjoyed our stay at Nissaki Beach Hotel. The hotel it self had good service and the rooms were spacious. This hotel is right on beach front - you can step out right to the beach. It is located in a close walk to city center with plenty of restaurant option. We would go back again.
