From check-in, dinner RSVP, booking excursions, we were met with a smile. The place was ideal for picturesque sunset views. We had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the food was exceptional. The staff at the restaurant were all wonderful, but Mihkiah was especially nice and always helpful. If you get the chance, please book a spa treatment — it will leave you longing for more. I would definitely recommend this hotel, 10 out of 10.

Could not have asked for a better stay. Beautiful, peaceful property with amazing view, pool and breakfast. Management and staff were incredibly attentive. Do not hesitate to book here. Worth every penny!

Road going to the hotel was very steep.had a very hard time bringing luggages going up . We arrived at new port thinking it was a close 11 minute walk but turns out it was impossible. They should have put on their website that going to their hotel coming from new port is only accessible with transportation when you have luggages. Spend more by getting taxi eveytime you go out instead of taking seabus.

The only 5/5 I can give this hotel is for the beautiful view, location, and wonderful restaurant staff. Everything else was extremely disappointing, especially for €550 per night. We booked a villa with a pool view, but were given an old, run-down room that looked patched with fresh paint. The bed was old and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom had no shower curtain or proper barrier, leaving the floor flooded after every shower—a serious slip-and-fall hazard. This property is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but our experience was nowhere near 5-star quality. Even as paying hotel guests, we were expected to pay €30 PER PERSON to use beach chairs in the first 3 rows. Otherwise, guests are pushed to the 4th row and beyond. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Most disappointing, when I showed management photos of the room we expected, I was told the nicer rooms were given to guests staying longer, not guests staying only 3 days. If that’s the policy, why wasn’t it disclosed before we booked? This felt like false advertising. YOU WILL NEED A CAR. The hotel is isolated and about 30 minutes from many places. The hotel makes commission for high rent rate to get customers. Expedia was another disappointment—we contacted them for help and received no meaningful assistance. Beautiful setting, but for €550/night, this experience fell far below expectations. Finally, complete disappointment !!!!

Breakfast was fantastic, a lot of choices for anyone and staff was very helpful and attentive

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice and helpful in carrying the luggage to the hotel when I checked in and out. My room balcony faced the Aegean Sea, I had a very good memory for this Santorini trip.
