Northwestern Atlanta Kid friendly Holidays

We did not get the room I booked. They said when you use a third party they sell out. It smelled weird like old mop water or mildew. The pool was ok. Valet was 60 per day and I have 3 extra charges that I have to call about now.

From the moment I arrived, my stay at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta exceeded every expectation. What initially started as a stressful situation was handled with an incredible level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care by the entire team. Rather than simply pointing me in another direction, everyone worked hard to make me feel welcome and valued while remaining thoughtful and respectful throughout the process. Once everything was settled, the rest of my stay was absolutely perfect. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help. The hotel was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and every interaction made me feel like a truly valued guest. It's rare to find a hotel where every single team member consistently goes above and beyond, but Hotel Phoenix Atlanta does exactly that. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day turn into such a memorable experience. I will absolutely stay here again and will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta.
