Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Staff provided excellent service suggesting restaurants, attractions, etc. rooftop was beautiful. Breakfast was impressive as it was all inclusive. Rooms were very large considering it was in the heart of Rome and bathrooms were as well. The elevator was small, but it always worked!

Sooooo perfect. Especially the breakfast. We returned here for a second time. A welcome return and will definitely visit again. We loved going to the pool at the sister property during midday heat. Very walkable to everything.

It’s a nice hotel but it’s definitely not worth the price of the room. The pool is super tiny and will be overtaken by children. The only restaurant onsite is priced extremely high and the service is terrible; slow, expect to sit there for 2.5 hours. I also ordered a $130 bottle of prosecco but paid around $193 for it due to charges of having it delivered to my room, (from the restaurant onsite?) Paying $63 extra for having delivered what you order from the menu in your room is absurd. I have stayed at the Four Seasons, The Ritz, etc. and none have been as desperately money hungry as Oceana. I paid about $1050 for the one night and honestly people could get a way better experience for that price anywhere else. Expect to get charged for breathing at Oceana. I wouldn’t go back there.

Perfect location in the heart of the trevi fountain area with shopping, restaurants and gelato shops. In walking distance of Colusseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and right by Trevi Fountain. Great breakfast included.

Staff goes above and beyond to help guests. Every single aspect of the hotel was excellent. We plan to stay there again.

Customer service was top tier. Very family and welcoming. They knew we was leaving before they arrive for work and made me a box of breakfast food to take with me. Location was everything all the major attractions is within walking distance.
