Rooms small and old no separate shower. No English Channel on TV. No concierge, not up on restaurants. Many things that don’t make this a 5 star. Disappointing

Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast room staff were also very nice and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Cleaning staff entered my room although I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging outside.

"The hotel was very clean and the location is amazing! Complimentary breakfast had a lot to choose from with really good coffee. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"We arrived for a basketball tournament so spent 4 nights based at the hotel. No evening meal available but plenty of restaurants in the area.
