Excellent hotel! I loved everything about it. I just wish there were taxis or ride shares available to get around. You had to walk everywhere and it was as extremely hot during our stay.

The location was beautiful. Staff was great. Amenities were great parking was great. The only one thing that needs upgraded are the mattresses are extremely hard overall was a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was excellent. Very fresh vegetables and fruit. Extremely nice staff. Beautiful view. Fresh air with some of the sliding glass doors open in the morning was wonderful. Very beautiful place.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was excellent and that staff also made us welcome. The room was clean. The location is overlooking the lake and has easy access to the lakefront promenade. It’s about a five minute walk to the center of the city and the ferry terminals. Regarding ferries we do recommend checking departure times with ticket agents. The schedules don’t always match. This is not related to the hotel. We woukd stay here again.
