Very nice and clean property. The elevators performed better this trip. You can’t beat the nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus the swim club, hot tub, sauna, steam room and other amenities make it the best place to stay in St Louis. Only complaint is ice and water for bottles. The fountains don’t work and haven’t in over a year, plus getting ice is like pulling teeth. But the food and everything else was great service at the hotel. Will stay again on future trips to St Louis.

Beautiful property, pleasant and responsive staff, delicious warm cookies! And convenient location near city hall and police department.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV IN the bathroom mirror. That was pretty cool. Didn't use the shower but it was really nice. Check in was easy and the guy was pretty friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Bummed that it was advertised as having a happy every day from 4pm-6pm, but there was no happy hour offered any of the days I stayed. I was also told there were no parking meters on the weekend but received a parking ticket about 20 mins after parking. So they were incorrect when stating meters were free on weekends. The hotel, staff, and location were great.

The elevators smelled terrible. The carpet in my room was gross. Charging for WIFI in addition to the room charge is wrong.
