Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate. I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service. PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes. The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately wasn’t to be. To add, it was a cold night and lack of room heating was disappointing. The staff were excellent and friendly.

Great stay with my family when we first arrived in India. Rooms were clean and good-sized, staff was exceptional, and we enjoyed the breakfasts and the Konkan restaurant. As a bonus... the concierge let us know about the adjacent Bombay Metro option for our return to the airport as I was about to order a taxi... which I thought was a much cheaper/faster/more pleasant option compared to taxi... and takes you from the front steps of the hotel right into the domestic or international terminal in about 30 min.
