This is not my first time at this hotel. However for a 5 star hotel, I found this to be just ok. Other than the basic amenities like shampoo, soap and conditioner, nothing else was offered. The pillows were not great quality and the toilet paper was awful. Went down to the casino and the area where you get drinks is full of fruit flies! The elevator broke we had to use the back room elevator. All in all I was disappointed for the price I paid.

My family loved it here! The service was impeccable! The pool and hot tub were clean!! The Breakfast was delicious!! Our room was nice and clean! It was a great staycation!!
