Great place to stay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff was super kind and helpful. It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too.

We stayed at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern and overall had an okay experience. The location is great—central and very convenient for exploring the city. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and appeared to have been recently remodeled, which was a plus. However, the staff at check-in was not welcoming at all, which made for a cold first impression. Also, the breakfast was underwhelming—limited variety and the same selection every single day, which got repetitive quickly. It’s a nice hotel in many ways, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to service and breakfast offerings.

Beautiful property and hotel room. Really enjoyed the pools, saunas, and even got a massage! Can’t wait to go back in the future!!

Beautiful 'stately' hotel, right on lakefront walking path, walkable from train station (about 1km on flat terrain), many restaurants, bakeries and food options (including grocery stores) nearby, easy access to 'old' town and tourist sites, great pool/sauna with outdoor lounging balcony, friendly/helpful staff.
