9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
It was a good stay. The hotel is starting to show its age (older furniture, outdated bathroom fixtures etc), but it was still a very nice experience. The lobby is gorgeous and it truly feels grand. Breakfast was excellent, our room was in a quiet part of the building so sleeping in silence vs hearing traffic was great. Location of the hotel is wonderful, super close to Vienna Opera house and central city. Would stay again.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The two main reasons I booked this hotel were because it advertised air conditioning and airport transfer, so if either of those are important to you, I would not recommend staying here. There was no working AC, and the rooms felt very old and dusty. I struggled with allergies every night during our stay.
The most uncomfortable part was that someone entered our room while we were inside to close the window we had opened because there was no AC. This felt like a major invasion of privacy and made us very uncomfortable. Overall, the stay did not match what was advertised or what we expected when booking.
