I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning. The room was clean. I only had one small dislike regarding the bathtub. There was visible mildew that was caulked. It wasn't a whole lot, but it was visible and that gave the bathroom a slightly downgraded experience for me. But because the rest of the room was very neat and clean, I did not bring it up to staff nor did I ask for a different room.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and plan to do so during another visit.

Grande Centre Point Terminal 21is right in the middle of Bangkok and adjacent ent to Terminal 21 - Asok mall. No need to leave the building. The hotel is very clean with nice, friendly professional staff.Highly recommended.
