Hotel was lovely, generally. Staff very friendly and hardworking Locality beautiful Breakfast lovely Evening buffet - food often luke warm Negatives Queues too long at beach bar - up to 30 minutes for a drink- desperately needs more staff as they were rushed off their feet. Reception needs a map of the area- had no idea that we could walk to other beaches from hotel until last day. (we had not hired a car) Not told we could do activities independently by reception. eg. We wanted to go whale watching - this is only available on a Sunday and were 'put off' doing it individually as it was 'so far away'. Turns out you can do in next town. Hotel really quiet one night - turns out there was a band in the next hotel - no information about this Toilet paper needs a hold in room bathrooms as sitting on the sink it gets splashed by taps - just a small thing!

We had the worst deluxe pool.cottage, the highest on the estate, pool didn't work had to ask reception at least 3 times before resolved. Ocean view was over 400 metres away. Blue building on our left, reception said it was an administration office, it was in fact a water pumping station and sewerage treatment works, it was very noisy. When challenged they blamed experian itself, saying they had a poor relationship with them and to get a better deluxe cottage we should of used their own website. Reception were dismissive on occasions and the bar mixologists were overall poor. Most of the serving staff were going through the motions, only a handful were sincere.

Lovely large rooms with extremely hard beds, serviced twice per day. Good beach, very comfortable chairs with umbrella. Staff is very friendly, hard working and always says hello with a smile. Lovely place.

Wonderful hotel. I would definitely stay there again. If you prefer quiet and relaxing, this is the place.

Breakfast was outstanding every day! ALL the staff at the hotel were very professional, attentive to customers, efficient. Bedrooms are amazing, spacious with all great attention and practicability. Only drawbacks are the costs and quality/quantity of food provided for the diner meals (low quantity and TOO, TOO expensive for what you get in your plate!). Being a French establishment, it shouldn't be like that. People are eating once and then, they go shopping at SUPER-U - 10x cheaper. It would be better to try to keep your clients on-site for lunch and diners and therefore, charge less $$ (more realistic prices!). Thank you!
