The good: Clean rooms Friendly staff (especially evening) Quiet Could do better: Eerily dark corridors at night No irons and ironing boards in rooms Mediocre, and expensive, breakfast Credit card reader at kiosk refused to accept any of my Canadian cards - friendly staff was quick to help Very dodgy area - I would not walk around the area alone at night

Restaurant had delicious dinner. Breakfast was wide variety. Clean room. Very easy to use bus to and from city and located close to hotel. No need for taxis or bolts.

Room is OK but the curtains need to be fixed.

Great stay in the high end of DUS, walking distance to attractions. Service was excellent especially the delicious breakfast.

Fantastic location, just steps from the train station and with a view of the cathedral.

Lovely, quiet location right by the river. Local shops are a 5 mins walk away. Nice breakfast set-up where you can sit inside, or outside on a lovely balcony with a few tables.
