We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. Excellent boutique hotel. Excellent location. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Tasos is the name of the bell boy who was not only taken care of my any questions regarding the amenities, but also was taken care of the pool and kept it pristine.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is impressive. Combined with the good location near restaurants and the lake it is highly recommended.
